1. ¿Tiene un nebulizador en la casa?
(Do you/she/he have a nebulizer in the house?)
2. ¿Sabe cómo usar el inhalador?
(Do you know how to use the inhaler?)
3. El paciente necesita un ventilador.
(The patient needs a ventilator.)
4. ¿Alguna vez ha necesitado una mascarilla de oxígeno?
(Have you/he/she ever needed an oxigen mask?)
5. Un bigote nasal será suficiente.
(A nasal cannula will be sufficient.) Note: "bigote" literally means "mustache."
6. Para que respire, necesitamos ponerle un tubo endotraqueal.
(In order to help him/her/you breathe, we needed to insert an endotracheal tube.) Note: Literally it says, "For that he/she/you breathe, we needed to put to him/her/you an endotracheal tube."
7. Ahora que tiene diabetes, va a necesitar jeringas para inyectarse insulina.
(Now that you/he/she have diabetes, you/he/she is going to need syringes to inject yourself/himself/herself with insulin.)
