(Just now it is present since this morning, with many clots, and it hurts me a lot. Help me, please!) Note: Observe the frequent use of indirect objects in Spanish. In this case, "me esta bajando," means literally, "it is lowering to me."
Doctor: ¿Tienes novio Rosana? ¿Crees que estás embarazada? Enfermera, póngale una hidratación intravenosa, por favor.

(Doctor! But she is only fourteen years old. She does not go out with anybody, she is still too young for that.) Note: Here, the word "si," does not mean "if," but rather "but," in a form of emphasis. Also note that in Spanish, double negatives are used correctly and commonly. Literally, it says, "She does not go out with nobody."
Rosana: Doctor, ¡me duele mucho!
(Doctor, it hurts me a lot!)
Doctor: Enfermera, venga conmigo, para hacer el examen ginecológico; e incluya una prueba de embarazo en las órdenes de laboratorio.
(Nurse, come with me to do a gynecological exam. And include a pregnancy test in the laboratory orders.) Note: "venga" is the formal polite imperative sense of the verb, "venir," "to come."
